ABOUT ME

My name is Miss Victoria Fleming and I am private tutor in various subjects including LAW, SPANISH, ENGLISH, STUDY SKILLS and BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS.

I graduated with an LL.B (Hons) Law and Spanish (Joint Hons) degree from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and Universidad de La Laguna, Tenerife.

I then graduated with the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Bar, which is the academic training for Barristers. I am a member of Middle Temple and also the Family Law Bar Association.

I was a volunteer Spanish tutor for staff and children at a Special needs school for over 10 years. So I have had experience of children with special needs with both physical and mental disabilites. I have been teaching law since 2003 at a further education college and a sixth form college. During my time at the further education college, not only have I been the Head of Law, but also a pastoral tutor for 4 groups of students. This involved not only lending a friendly ear but also skills including study skills, finance and higher education.

I have been tutoring on a private basis since early 2003 and have tutored students in many different subjects including Spanish conversation, degree Spanish, holiday Spanish, criminal law, employment law, english legal systems, Landlord and Tenant, contract law and family law.

I have the European Computer Driving Licence, and have created 3 websites not including this site. I have dealt with many versions of Windows including '95, '98. ME, XP Home and XP Professional, and also many software packages, including Microsoft Works, Microsoft Office. I am fully conversant in the Internet, e-mails and much more.
