What do do next....

If you are interested in receiving more information or would like to organise tuition, then follow the simple instructions below.

1. Contact me on the details on the Contact Me page.

2. Once the method and length of tuition has been decided upon, if it is one-to-one tuition the first lesson WILL be chaperoned, and subsequent lessons may be chaperoned. If the student is under 18, then a parent or guardian must be present at all times. Parents, relatives or friends are welcome to remain with students while tuition takes place.

3. Students must arrive at the organised time of the lesson, failure to attend on time, will result in the lesson being cancelled and charged at the hourly rate.

4. An agreement will be signed by each party (tutor and student and parent / guardian if student is under 18). If the lesson is online or correspondence, then the agreement will be sent by post and must be returned as soon as possible, and no later than 10 working days following the lesson.

5 Payment, either by cheque, cash or postal orders, must be made at the end of each lesson, and a receipt will be offered. If the lesson is online or correspondence, then payment MUST be received prior to the lesson commencing or it will automatically be cancelled.

6. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the lesson unless due to unforseen circumstances. Failure to do so, will result in the lesson being charged at the hourly rate.

7. Termination of lessons may be made in writing by either party at any time.

8. Intolerant or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and lessons will be terminated in such circumstances.

9. Please note that when lessons are arranged and contact takes place outside the arranged times, if the contact is outside business hours you may be charged.
